I've searched and went through all the existing iQuestions for this problem.
basically, a 'reinstall the latest version' is the proposed solution.
I've done what was suggested, same results.
Clicking on "ok" in the pop-up window is the only thing you can do once the program has been launched.
once you do click on "ok", the program closes.
I've completely removed and re-installed the program. rebooting my computer between each attempt and downloading the program before installation to ensure I've got the most recently available version.
is there a file that the program is referencing to determine it's validity?
this is on a computer that was previously running DraftSight without any problems.
