I have just installed version 11.3.1131 of Draftsight. The tan,tan,radius & tan,tan,tan circle comands do not appear to be working correctly when selected from the Draw/Circle menu.

The command line window seems to be stuck on the specify first tangency command even after selecting the first line.

I have tried two computers with Draftsight installed. 1 using Windows XP, 1 using Windows 7 64 bit.

The commands seem ok on a third using version 11.2.802 of Draftsight.
