While I have purchased a license for Draftsight Pro 2019, I am still using DS Pro version 2018.

I tend not to upgrade until all the bugs have been worked out of the next version. I see that 2019 SP 2 is released which usually means most bugs have been addressed, so I am asking:

Is DS Pro version 2019 SP2 as stable (or more stable) than version 2018 and should I make the change?
