Part of my job is to take dwg's that people send me, clean them up, and export them as PDF. Recently I received a dwg and for the life of me I can't figure out why all of his notes are invisible on the sheet. I have checked all the possible layer settings. I have checked my viewport settings. Any new text I write in the layer appears fine on the sheet, but text that was already there doesn't. I don't want to have to rewrite over 300 notes for this one sheet.

I am attaching a fresh copy of the dwg in question as I received it from the user. Like I said, my only end goal is to export everything in model space as PDF. I have always done this by creating a new sheet with a new viewport, zooming to where I want it, and printing to PDF.
