Greetings.  New to Draftsight, so excuse my ignorance!

V1R5 is installed on my Dell laptop, Windows XP Pro, and for the life of me I am unable to bring up visible crosshairs in the graphics window.

The AutoCAD DWG file opens OK, but as soon as I move the mouse pointer out of the title and toolbar regions and into graphics, it disappears, and no crosshairs appear.

Which means, of course, I can't do diddly with the model I am looking at!

I've cruised around options until I am, frankly, tired of looking, and still can't find a system variable or check box or SOMETHING that makes crosshairs appear.

Honestly, if I can't move forward any more smoothly than this, I might consider the uninstall option and forget about it, as I really don't have hours and hours to spend just trying to find crosshairs!
