Please advise on the following dialbox error:

Draftsight 2015 was previously installed on this PC, since it required the hotfix, i decided to upgrade to DraftSight 2017 SP1. 

I believe the PC previously had SolidWorks installed and the image below is the previous dialbox error that occurred every time the user started Draftsight. 

Please help
