Upgrade V1R2.0 (May 2012)

Download the latest version by clicking the download button below for your OS.

1- When I clicked on the windows download button it opened a window to  "Run"  or  "Save"

2- I clicked "Save".

3- It then installed the new version. - NO SETTINGS, OR PREFERENCES  OR LESSONS DRAWINGS - a new program.

4- did not prompt to activate or to confirm

5- DO I NEED TO START ALL-OVER AGAIN?

6- I have it on a laptop also which I have not tried to upgrade yet. What are the proper installation steps----please   ---   and how do I re-enter the settings and preferences back into the office computer that now has the new V1R2 with seamingly "factory" settings.
