First apologizing if I post on the wrong place, I don't see where else I can post

I am working for many years already with Draft Sight Free. It is working fine on my Desc top.

After reformatting my Laptop HDD can't reinstall the Draft Sight Free. Starting installing and then error 1722. I tried to do everything was advised on the internet, nothing helped.

After a few days, I succeed to install and was very happy. Click on the start icon and I am getting: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing.

Downloaded the dll and moved to bin folder. No help! Getting the same message of the missing dll

Uninstalled and installed Draft Sight and I am back to faze 1: error 17222

PLEASE HELP!
