Hi,

After following your recommendations on how to remove the previously installed version and install a new, I'm still facing problems. The error is still the same.

The log entries are below:

Product: DraftSight 2019 SP2 x64 -- Error 1721.
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. 
A program required for this install to complete could not be run. 
Contact your support personnel or package vendor. 
Action: Uninstall_swinstactsvc.exe, location: 
C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\DraftSight\\bin\\setup\\i386\\swinstactsvc.exe, command: -swup DSP

And this aswell:

Windows Installer removed the product. 
Product Name: DraftSight 2019 SP2 x64. Product Version: 19.2.0044. 
Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Dassault Systemes. Removal success or error status: 1603.

Please advise on how to completely remove the old 2019 software, so that we can install the 2020 version without problems.

Please if possible provide an uninstall script or program that cleans up all remaining data.

Otherwise please let us know where the install log files are placed if you need further info.
