I have twice attempted to install DraftSight 2018 SP1 x64. When the first one failed I downloaded again and re-tried, to no avail. I then waited about a month and downloaded and waited about 6 weeks before downloading and trying again. The file size had changed so I was hopeful.
When I tried to install I got this message:
Error 1722. There is a problem with the Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action register_FxVistaPreviewDll, location: ...\\FxVistaPrevi...
I have not been able to contact support. My login gets refused.
Any suggestions on how I might resolve this?
