I'm wondering how to properly insert an A3 frame & title block into a sheet so that the print area is correct. In the attached image, I have inserted the standard ISO A3 frame into a sheet at location (0,0) but this doesn't line up properly for printing. 

I'm using Draftsight Premium SP2 on a 30 day trial.
