First off, I'm not a CAD person.

At work drawings that have been issued in PDF require to be marked up.  A fellow co-worker says he just inserts a PDF into AutoCAD (something like "overlay PDF") and then red lines the drawing and all is well.  Is there a way to do this in Draftsight?

I have tried to insert>object then select PDF then the file and I see the drawing but I'm unable to get past this point, everything goes weird.
