What command string would work to insert a specific block by clicking on a custom toolbar button?

I've tried this: -INSERTBLOCK;, but it won't work. I've included the folder where the block is stored in my DraftSight Support Files path list. The block is on a server; does it need to be on my PC's harddrive to work? Is it even possible to do this?
