Have had DraftSight for several years, always renewed by our office manager using her company card.  She has retired, both her email & company card are now gone.

Was using DraftSight up until last week when a window popped up saying to renew subscription.  When I tried to renew, the window went away & then DraftSight stopped working.

Found out that the office manager had retired, couldn't find any way to speak to a person at DraftSight to update the account, ultimately had to: 

uninstall DraftSight, 

purchase DraftSight under my card on 4/9/26 (& I wasn't offered the 15% discount), 

download, 

install, 

crashes immediately after the drawing screen appears,

have not been able to find anyway to get help
