When I import a reference image, it appears and then, when I zoom in using the mouse it goes to a greyed out rectangle (depending on the shape of the image imported). The only way I can get the image back is to use the "scale" tool set to a factor of 1. Also when I try to trace over the image or dimension something in the image, the image greys out. This makes working with an image very difficult.

I am using Windows 10 and DraftSight 2015 x64SP3.

Anyone any ideas?
