Hi,

I am importing DXF's and DWGs into DraftSight from CATIA after runnnig the CPD module within CATIA. Whenever i import the files into DraftSight though all of the curves are hevily faceted. This means that i then have to spend a long time redrawing all of the curves. It is necessary to redraw them as curves because we are then exporting to a cutting machine that needs a smaller file size and less end points. Is there a way of converting the faceted lines back into curves in DraftSight without redrawing or perhaps a method in CATIA that can remove the faceted curves before exporting as a DWF/DXF.
