Recently we upgraded all of our engineering computers from Windows 7 to 10. In the process we re-imaged three of the four computers that were using Draftsight Pro. Our EPDM/SOLIDWORKS computers all utilize network licensing, so our interns didn’t think about deactivating these licenses (as SOLIDWORKS is our primary CAD software). We are now in the process of redeploying the Draftsight Pro licenses and we are running into issues with the activation wizard failing. I think that it is due to these licenses still showing as active on your end. Please contact me to get the licenses to reset.
I would have submitted this via your support tickets, but that system does not work. It throws an error every time I try to submit a ticket.
