I replaced my old PC with a new one, and at that time I installed a new Draftsight on my new PC without unlocking DraftSight.
I was planning to give my older PC to my brother's daughter, so I formatted the HDD as soon as my data migration was complete.
As a result, the license on the old PC has not been released and Draftsight cannot be used on the new PC.

Is there a way to unlock the license if I don't already have an old PC?
