PRINTING TO PDF LOOSES FILL ON TEXT AND TIFLE LOGOS

After working for months with the same drafting template. I have been printing to pdf without any issues until now, when all of a sudden, the text that usually had fill, is white, when converting to pdf.

I don't know if it is a software but or I did something without noticing. 

Does anybody have a clue on how to fix this? 

There is no problem exporting dwg to pdf but, it only happens when trying to print to pdf.
