Hi,

I have v1r2.1 working and I use it often.

When I try to install v1r3.x it seems to install without incident. When running the program it opens to full screen showing the outlines for the subwindows but then exits before any of the windows resolve. The drafting window doesn't even become black. No error messages. Any Ideas? Help?

System:

Windows Vista Business with service pack 2

Intel Core2 Duo E6550 @2.33Ghz

3 GB ram 

32 bit operating system.
