I have many maps with local government library, which has some scale and coordinates that it fits every time i get another map. But they are in different scale and different coordinates - when i import the file to GIS as DXF . 

What is the solution ?

a) Try to find the coordinates and put some information about scale and coordinates when I'm importing (what is the commend for it ?? )

b) Try to scale and move objects in DWG/DXF that they will be like WSG84 ? 

There is a problem in settings in DraftSight - the settings for coordinates aren't settable.

Please help me.
