DraftSight 2015, Windows 7 Home Ultimate, 64-bit

I've removed it, saved my profile (even as a new, separate profile) and saved / applied everything else I can find, but when I restart DraftSight it's back. Even if I could get it appear on the bottom of the stack that would be OK, but it's always on top obscuring the properties palette. So, I have to close it every time I start DS. How do I get it to go away for good?

What am I missing?
