I am running Windows XP 32-bit & DraftSight ver_8.2.301.

Double clicking on a .dwg file in Windows Explorer launches DraftSight & opens the file properly.   When I double click on a different .dwg file in Windows Explorer, it opens that .dwg file inside of the running DraftSight.  I can use the DraftSight "Window" command to switch between the two different .dwg files inside of DraftSight, but I would like to have a second instance of DraftSight open instead when I double click on a second .dwg file in Windows Explorer.  Is this possible?  If yes, how?
