Hi everyone,  I am new to Draftsight and CAD in general.  Before i "saw the light" i was using Google Sketchup.  It had a "Tape Measure" feature that allowed you to measure things (big surprise) but it also had the ability to create temporary reference points of a specified distance on a line then allowed you to delete just the reference marks when you were done with them.

Is there anything comparable to this in draftsight?  If so please tell me how to do it!!!!!
