I had originally subscribed to the paid DraftSight (for my personal home use) on 5/23/19 and was unable to run without computer crashes even after repeated Go To Meeting calls with DraftSight tech support. I had successfully used the (then free) DraftSight download on that computer (10 year old Toshiba laptop) for several years prior to DraftSight requiring paid subscription. I eventually gave up and in August 2019, I purchased a new laptop and was able to run without issue. Somewhat due to the earlier issues, it was my intention to cancel the Auto Renewal at the end of the years subscription and believed that I had done so.
On 6/15/20, I decided to re-subscribe and initiated a subscription which I have been using without issue. I was dismayed on 7/6/20 to find the double charge to my credit card and would like to continue my 6/15/20 subscription but believe I am due a refund for the 5/23/20 charge.
