At first, excuse my poor english, i try to do my best ;-)

I use draftsight version 11.2.802 for a little time, i'm not administrator of my computer. Under administrator registry, no problem, but under my log in, i've not acess to the full menu but only a short menu with file (new, open, recover) dispaly (tool bar) and help. What matter and how to recover the full menu.
