When using smart dimension, to dimension a sloped line, I get that you can use L to lock onto the align mode once you have achieved that mode, and then continue with mouse movement to place the dimension. But is there a way to force align mode (within smart dimension, not the obvious solution)? I have a line that is only 6 degrees off of vertical. No matter how I move the mouse, it seems I get only the X or Y measurements, not the aligned measurement.
