Hello all, I am hoping for some guidance / a nudge in the correct direction for fixing an issue I am having with a re-install of Draftsight 2019. We had a user burn out their laptop which had Draftsight 2019 installed on it, and it currently is not able to be powered on. We have since gone and purchased a new laptop for them, however, I cannot activate the new install of Draftsight, as technically, the software is still installed on a piece of dead hardware.

How would I go about freeing up this license given the computer its installed on is non-functional?
