Hi everyone, there is a problem:

My old computer can't turn on since days ago. I tried to activate the draftsight in another device with the same serial number,
but it failed several times. And the dealer in my area said that they can't handle this problem about the license I bought from U.S. official website.

Also, I sent an e-mail to DraftSight.Professional@3ds.com asking about that. But there is still no answer for 2 days.
So could anyone help me to solve this problem? I really need to use that, plz.
