What is equivalent of Autocad "alignspace" command?

We wont to align (rotate) view from viewport to model space in order to align it with the print layout (sheet).

Is this possible?

For example in model space object is spread from south/west to north/east, and we would like to rotate the view from viewport to model space so that the object appears horizontal in paper space without rotating the original object in model space. in autocad it is possible to do it with "alignspace" (also in express tools) command.
