Hello community

I'm having an issue with my mouse that is quite bothersome. The issue appears when I want to drag the image (Middle mouse button). My mouse wheel is very sensitive so when I click the button the image zoom. I've looked everywhere and I can't seem to find a way to edit hotkeys. Where do you edit it? Is there a configuration file somewhere or even a hotkey menu within the program itself?
