Whenever I create or select a dimension, there is this pop-up toolbar. It first appears as this small icon, but Dassault has created an ingenious algorithm that dynamically determines the most optimal place to appear so that it is ALWAYS IN MY ****ING WAY EVERY G****** TIME turning a convenient "only there when you need it" feature into a garbage control that constantly bathes my dimensions with letters from commands I am trying to input.

Is there any way to just outright disable this toolbar entirely? If I ever need it (which I don't) I can select an option from the menu or someplace that is otherwise NOT in the literal middle of my work area a fraction of an inch away from my mouse cursor.
