My Windows 10 hard disc has crashed and so I cannot access DraftSight on that hard disk. I have returned to a previous hard disk with DraftSight, but it will not allow me to use it because it says I must 'Deactivate a licence from another computer'.

How can I deactive the instance of DS on the crashed Win 10 HDD?
