It seems Draftsight do not support UTF-8 Fonts.
I tried to download and setup the google Color Emoji Fonts.
https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-emoji/raw/main/fonts/NotoColorEmoji.ttf

This font could be choosen in Draftsight but the font not work.
