Dear Sir/Madam,

We have paid for the software on the 24th  of October 2020, I have a problem to open your software, I can not display it  on my PC, I tried to unstall it and install it few times and I followed all the steps you mention on the below but still I can not open the soaftware, when ever I press to open your software dosnt open, I have checked with my IT support but we still don’t know what is the problem, please I m asking if you can provide me a technical online support to resolve this problem.
