first of all let me introduce myself: my name is Stefano Spotti and I'm part of IT staff in a multinational company, leader in lift components market.

Several of my engineers are asking to be able to edit DWF/DXF, coming from our customers/suppliers.

Drafsight would be the choice, but here you are my question:

- we have a company policy that forbid internet connection to normal users, hence we had to temporary open our firewall/proxy in order to activate the product, and right after activation we came back to normal situation (i.e. NO internet connection).

Each time then that a user opens Drafsight, it takes some seconds to check internet connection and warns that there is no chance to browse the web and join community or feeds, and ask for a proper proxy setup. Simply clicking on OK/Cancel open the software and they can work.

The problem is on that try in joining the community: since our users won't have the chance to go on the net, I wish to disable that feature and avoid the continue asking for a proxy settings: is this possible? How?
