I installed the hot fix in Feb. and now the draw tools do not work.  I can open dwgs and do anything in the modify tools but can not draw anything.  If I need to add a line, I have to copy a line from somewhere in the dwg and then modify it as to length, direction, color, etc.  I am using Win 10, 64 bit, and DS17,Sp2 and everything worked until I installed the hot fix.  Can anyone help with this problem?  I just tried to open several other dwgs and everything seems to be working okay.  It's only the one dwg that i had tried to use.
