Horrible customer support and service

To preface this I have been using draftsight for the past 6 or so years. I am at the point where I need additional license. For the past 3-4 months I have been trying to get someone to reach out to me in order to order the network license since the website does not allow me to purchase it. I have put in over a dozen requests with zero response. I am not asking for anything special. I just want to purchase what is advertised. Is that so difficult to fulfill? I didnt think I would need to make an account on the forum to complain about the company unwilling to take my money. So, is there any way to get in contact with these people or is this whole company run by a bunch of robots?
