It is not possible to type an email address or reasonably strong password to log into HomeByMe. Whenever the shift key is pressed (e.g. to type "@"), the cursor shifts to the command window. The only workaround is to type the email address and password into notepad or some other text editor and then copy and paste them into the entry fields.
