Following the webpage of a major Dassault Syst. reseller in Ontario, we have purchased several licences for Draftsight Professional. The webpage did not mention anywhere that the renewal would cost much less than the yearly licence. We found that later by chance.
Can anyone advice how to ask for a refund so we can pay for the renewal only not for a brand new yearly licence?
