I am trying to configure Design with Draftsight(UDR) connector with 3DEXPERIENCE R2023x FD01 (On-premises).
I am using Draftsight version 2020 SP4, 
As per program directories, It supports Draftsight 2020 and 2021
But when I try to launch Draftsight from the 3DDadhboard page, I get the below error, 
In logs, it says, SWXDesktopLauncher Unknown appname
Can anyone help me with this?
