I did a DraftSight Professional Renewal. It took me to a page to order AND validate my license. The license was validated, I placed the order and received invoice of payment. I get an error: Activation transaction failed: Serial number not entitled to DraftSight 2020. Please contact your reseller. (3/0). I have tried to find a phone number or email to contact someone but have not found anything but this posting. Can anyone help with phone number or email address to contact someone?
