Having trouble in activation of DraftSight Standard.

Good afternoon, I recently acquired a DraftSight Standard license, and previously I was using the Premium trial version.
However, when trying to activate the product I bought with the Standard license, an error appears saying that there is already an active license on the computer and does not give me the option to remove the trial version.
Is there a solution to solve this problem? I urgently need to activate the product.
