At our office we have an issue where we had Draft Sight 2017 installed for a long time and used it as long as we could. We recently purchased 3 Pro licenses and the machines that we upgraded to 2019 do not allow us to use the software. The work space "stops refreshing" after using it for a bit. This is happening on almost all of our computers so we are having trouble pinning down the issue. It could be because of the upgrade, we have tried uninstalling everything we could related to draftsight and reinstalling and the issue persists. We have some domain settings pushed and we have bit defender for AV but I have tried it on these machines without those and we are still having the issue. Most of the machines don't have fancy graphics cards just Intel 4600 or something from Intel. Anyone else experience this issue? If I install fresh on a non domain pc like at my house it seems to work fine.
