In model space I used the fill command so that it does not print out black, but when in paper space I created additional notes, lines and arrows that are on my page and when I print to pdf those lines are hidden under the filled area.  I have tried everything from sending object to back, bringing lines to front, etc...The fill still is over top of the information created in paper space.  Line colors are different, and the things from model space are shown above the filled area, just not the items created in paper space.  Is there a way to fix this without having to put all my notes into the model space??
