Has anyone ever seen this before

I've been using DraftSight for 2 years now and I've never before come across this "error", if I can call it an error!

I've received a CAD drawing from a customer and I'm trying to copy the drawing to my clipboard and paste it into my standard template. The drawing successfully copies from the original to my clipboard and then when I come to paste it into my drawing something rather peculiar happens: When I specify to paste I get the usual "Specify destination" in the command window. On specifying the point at which I want to paste the drawing the drawing appears in the viewing pane and my cursor is free to move.

Fine I hear you say - However the command prompt has not finished The command prompt states and I quote word for word "WHAT GRID MARK THEN FOOL?>>"

I have tried specifying numbers, co-ords or clicking points on the screen and nothing happens. I've tried escaping out of the command and when I do so the drawing disappears.

Find it quite rude to be called a "FOOL" by some professional software. I've taken a screenshot of the command propt to prove this.

Has anyone ever seen this or know how to get around it?
