I found a source where one can download free drawing borders with no conditions.  DWG and IGES file formats, first sheet and following sheets, in all sizes from A to E available.  I reviewed the B size and it looks good enough to me.   Even if you must edit to achieve exactly what you want, these are a great start.  Enjoy.
