I have a user's whos drafts site crashes at the open.  The loading screen comes up, then the full window for just a moment, and then goes away.

We have Uninstalled, Reinstalled, installed the latest version, deleted the activation key that caused a registration loop, and lastly Installed from an admin account, with anti-virus turned off, No change.

How can we fix this
