When I try to use the command for the free pro. trial it responds with unrecognized command.  The instructions on how to get hte free trial to work are not clear to me.  Is there another way to "restart" the program?  I have also tried to put the command in  and open another window and it does not do anythiing.  Please clarify how this is susposed to work.
