Hello

Recently when printing a drawing in Model Space the curved lines, text and dimension arrows etc are fragmented. I contacted DraftSight and they raised a Service Request. An Engineer contacted me by email and asked for some details.  I replied but a few days later the Engineer emailed me again requesting the details. I replied but a few days later the Engineer emailed again requesting the details.  I replied again and a few days later the Engineer emailed me to say that because I had not replied he had closed the Service Request.

Can anyone on this forum help with my query please?  The issue is not with the printer as I have checked this by printing circles and text perfectly from another program. I'm not very technically minded with I.T. so if you are able to advise could you please make it simple for me to follow your suggestions?
